Rehoming

At the Retreat we try to re-home animals wherever possible, however we have a strict re-homing policy in place including homechecks. This protects not only the future wellbeing of the animal in question but ensures that the animal is suited to the prospective owner and vice versa.

If you think that you could offer a good, loving home to a Retreat animal for the rest of their natural life (we mainly re-home dogs, cats, horses and chickens) then please contact us whereupon we can discuss what animals are up for re-homing and our re-homing policy.

Re-Homing success

A large number of our animals find safe and loving homes. This proves how once unwanted and unloved animals can be given a second chance of having the happy life that they deserve. The story of one such success was told in our Autumn/Winter 2006 newsletter. To read Rocky's story click here
