The Retreat visits V-Bites 1st Birthday Celebrations
On 4 July 2010 Heather Mills' vegan cafe "V-Bites" (in Hove) celebrated it's 1st Birthday. The Retreat went down, enmass, to support Heather on this special day. The weather was wonderful, although very windy, and there was a terrific turnout. There was a vegan BBQ and Heather arranged entertainment in the form of various singers and dance groups. We all had a wonderful day and below is a video of it, which we hope you will enjoy.
The Retreat on television
In April 2010 Sky News did a report entitled RSPCA strays which was actually shown on Channel Five News. The Retreat were invited to take part in this, so a reporter turned up at the Retreat and interviewed Billy. Sky kindly provided us with a copy of the news item and gave us permission to put it onto our website. The report is below.
