Let's Make A Change
Donations are used towards animal feed, rescue and animal-specific equipment, and veterinary costs. We rescue animals that are domesticated, wild or farm within a range of 50 miles from our centre. We then look after them and help them feel safe until we find them a forever home. We have rehomed hundreds of animals so far. Animals that don't find a home, stay with us here at the Retreat.

Here are some ways you can donate:

Let's double in size

"Here, every animal regardless of their species is welcome. The disabled and elderly are safe for the rest of their lives. It costs £800 a day to keep the Sanctuary going and it is run on a shoestring, relying on the generosity of the public and the care of volunteers. There are some great volunteering opportunities too and the Retreat always welcomes any help with painting, building paths, creating shelters for the animals, or generally giving the animals care, to sponsorships, fostering and even adoption to the right homes."
